  1. Your interview should "tell a story."
     
  2. Your script (VOs, SOTs) should flow and "write to the bite"

  1. Tripods--no shaky shots or shot adjusts
     
  2. Good framing of interview subject; appropriate background
     
  3. Lighting and white balance is good
     
  4. Audio is clear and consistent, NAT sound pops in B-roll
     
  5. B-roll contains sequences and effective angles
